Graduates of this 52-Week Law Clerk program (includes a 190 hour placement) will work in a very fast-paced environment in law firms, corporate legal departments, financial institutions, insurance companies, title searching companies, Federal, Provincial and Municipal Government offices, court offices, registry offices, government boards and tribunals, and legal services provider agencies among a host of other institutions.

Depending on the area of employment, law clerks have a wide range of responsibilities, including preparing trial documentation, interviewing witnesses, arranging trial dates and adjournments, preparing corporate/commercial documentation, completing family law financial statements, assisting in the administration of estates, completing legal research, searching titles and processing real estate transactions.

Second Career Program

Payment Plan

A simple plan may be available that spreads out the costs of your education monthly over the duration of your study period. For students who qualify, a monthly payment plan may be extended beyond the end of your study period. Bad credit and no established credit can often be overcome. Registered Plans

Lifelong Learning Plan - Students who have been named under a family’s Registered Education Savings Plan may use funds from an RESP to cover the costs of education at an eligible post-secondary institution. Complete our form above for more details.

How can I handle the workload of all the classes?

The majority of our classes are offered in blocks. You start one class one day and work through that ONE class until finished. This way you aren’t juggling multiple projects and exams. We also offer class time for hands on practice and projects. We promote LEARNING BY DOING!
